Found these guys at ArcadiaAssist Appliance Repair while I was browsing online for a quick heater repair. My heater just wasn’t doing its job, you know how it is when it starts blowing cold air instead of bringing the heat? Not fun. I needed it fixed ASAP with the nights getting chillier.

Super friendly, really felt like he knew the ins and outs of heater issues. I think it was a Rheem model, and he was definitely on top of it. He figured out the issue pretty fast, explained to me what was wrong (in simple terms, thank goodness), and got right to fixing it.
Less than an hour later, my heater was purring like a kitten again. Whole process was smooth, and John even offered some tips on how to keep it running efficiently, which was useful. No upsell nonsense, just good service. If you’re around Arcadia, CA and find yourself in a pinch for some heater repair, I’d definitely say hit these guys up. They’ll sort you out without any hassle.
